Never Can Say Goodbye

I've been a way all week training for camp.

I'm really excited to start off the summer. I just want to play with my kids! =]

but in more serious news...

i dropped everything i was holding when i heard Michael Jackson died.
i was dumbfounded. i have so many memories of watching my older sister dance around the house in her Thriller jacket. and me and my friends all in a line scooting across the floor like he does in the Bad video. Its crazy how personal i take his death. "I'll Be There" was one of the first songs i ever sang in front of an audience. He transcends generations. He may have had his issues but he is truly a legend. i just pray he will be remembered as the 80's-early 90's Michael that was on top of the world. No one will ever compare to him and he will forever be missed.

Footloose

As often as i sit around my house and Dance to myself...i could totally go on that new show on Oxygen "Dance Your Ass Off." I would kick major ass. I'm a pretty quick learner and it would be so fun! Besides... everyone knows i could stand to lose some weight. But that doesn't mean i cant be fabulous while doing it. ^_^ I think i might apply for next season.

Honey Kettle

Just got back from taking a random trip with my Sandz Tiffany to get some food.
Honey Kettle in Culver City...
i had never been there but i must say its some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. everything was enjoyable...except for the crazy bees that were swarming uncomfortably near by. I guess thats what i get for going to a place with Honey in the title.
And on top of that, it seemed like the tree that i was hoping to get some peaceful shade from had decided to play a game of "try to drop the flower on Nia's food". And it was winning.

Now I'm at home flipping between Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 and Who Framed Roger Rabbit...
I never noticed as a child how rediculous the body proportions are on Jessica Rabbit. the reality of the situation is...not WG would have a body like that...not naturally anyway. haha
oh wait!! i got a check in the mail for for $11.76. Im rich!

Disappear

I think it might be kind of sad that i am really looking forward to going to camp this summer. but hey...i can't help it if i'm looking forward to dropping off the face of the world. At least temporarily. To disappear...
